The Progressive Democrats of Massachusetts (PDM), a statewide network of grassroots progressive organizers and activists, today officially endorsed Maura Healey for Attorney General.

BOSTON — The Progressive Democrats of Massachusetts (PDM) announced today that their membership has overwhelmingly voted to endorse Tom Conroy for State Treasurer.

In January, after an extensive process, which included interviews with each of the gubernatorial candidates, PDM's sustaining members decided that it was premature for us to endorse one among the several attractive and avowedly progressive candidates.

Is it fair that almost one million Massachusetts workers are not entitled to any time off from work when they are sick?  Is it fair that the Massachusetts minimum wage, stagnant since 2008 at $8 per hour, has fallen far below its value in past decades and isn't close to bringing a working parent with two children above the poverty line?
